Emmi's holiday home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The car could be parked in a carport. There are also bins for waste paper, plastic and residual waste. The property is fenced on three sides around the house. From the back there is a beautiful view of the greenery. To the left of the carport, another area of the property can be reached via a narrow, slightly steep strip of grass. There is a very nice view from there. The house is entered via a small veranda with seating for putting on or taking off shoes. The bathroom, kitchen and the upper floor can be reached through another door from the adjoining hallway. The bathroom is equipped with a corner bathtub, toilet and sink with mirror cabinet and base cabinet as well as a wall radiator. Plenty of large and small towels were also provided there. The kitchen offers seating at the table and plenty of space in the built-in cupboards to store your purchases. The appliances (large fridge-freezer combination, stove with ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle) are in good and well-maintained condition. The wall cupboards were very well filled with dishes (large and small coffee cups, egg cups, cake plates, deep and large plates, many glasses of all kinds and spices). In addition, a side cabinet was filled with many pots and several good pans and plenty of other kitchen utensils. The cutlery drawer is also well equipped. We were very happy about the additional equipment (dishwasher, washing up utensils, tea towel and small towel, Zewa and taps for the dishwasher). The half-open kitchen leads past a large fireplace into the cozy living room. The corner sofa is very comfortable and the television offers plenty of programs. Another large table invites you to eat or play. The upper floor is reached via a narrow staircase.
